The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) denouncing the inquiry commission under the chairmanship of the retired judge has demanded the formation of the judicial commission in line with the letter written by six judges of the Islamabad High Court (IHC).

Addressing the press conference in Islamabad, PTI leader Raoof Hasan said that the judicial commission should be formed based on the contemporary judges of the Supreme Court (SC)."

"We are going to stage nationwide protests on a daily basis starting Monday. The protest will be held in Islamabad exclusively. The key decisions were taken during the meeting of the core committee," Hasan said.

Hasan maintained: "The PTI is figting in a bid to bring change."

Earlier, the PTI denounced the inquiry commission under the chairmanship of the retired judge announced by the government.

According to a statement, the PTI core committee had reiterated its demand to place the matter before the larger bench of the Supreme Court.

The PTI urged the need to summon the judicial conference in line with the demands of the high court judges.
