United Arab Emirates (UAE) Consul General Bakheet Ateeq Al-Romaithi hosted an Eid gathering at the consulate in Karachi and celebrated the festival with his family and Pakistani friends.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, various members of the diplomatic and local community attended the Eid gathering.
The consulate was adorned with colourful lights which reflected the spirit of the celebration of the Eid festival.
The cuisine and beverages showcased the cultural diversity of the UAE, providing guests with a taste of Emirati traditions.
During the event, the Consul General distributed Eidi among the children and emphasized the joy of celebrating Eid with Pakistani brothers and sisters.
UAE Consul General Bakheet Ateeq Al-Romaithi expressed his heartfelt wishes for Pakistan's prosperous future and stated that celebrating Eid with Pakistani brethren always brings immense happiness and a sense of closeness, despite the distance from home. He prayed for Pakistan's continued progress and prosperity in the days to come.
