Bus owners, driver booked in deadly Lasbela coach tragedy

Following the deadly Lasbela coach crash, the Bela Police Station lodged an FIR against the bus owners and the driver on Monday, reported 24NewHD TV channel.
The case was registered at Bela police station on the complaint of the SHO. The FIR named bus owners Zahoor and Manzoor, and driver Salim in the FIR.
The case also included provisions for attempted murder, negligence, duress, reckless driving, and endangering lives.
According to the text of the FIR, the owners instructed the drive to operate the coach despite the technical fault. Moreover, the aforementioned bus was already prohibited from operations due to overspeeding.
One of the survived passengers told the police that the coach kept jerking constantly due to a technical fault and that passengers repeatedly requested the driver to fix the technical fault.
When the driver called the owners to inform them, they told him to keep going.
