The fishermen of Gwadar have rescued 17 persons, who had gone astray in the Arabian Sea after their boat developed a fault on way to Muscat, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.

On the other hand, a video of these persons who were going to the capital of Oman illegally, has gone viral.

DC Gwadar Mehmoodur Rehman has said that there were 20 people, of whom three died due to hunger. “Their bodies were thrown into the sea by members of their group,” he disclosed.

All 17 people thanked the fishermen for rescuing them.
