In the event of possible threat of coronavirus spread with the arrival of Hajis from Saudi Arabia, the NCOC has decided to conduct the Rapid Antigen Testing of all the returning pilgrims, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The National Command and Operating Centre on Friday directed the airport authorities to conduct Antigen Rapid Tests of the returning Hajis who might carry the virus of the epidemic and cause its spread across the country.

According to the NCOC notification, the antigen tests will be conducted at Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Peshawar and Multan airports. The data of all the passengers should be stored in a track App. If the test of a passenger comes out positive, then he will have to quarantine at his home for 10 days.
