PML-N stalwart and former interior minister Rana Sanaullah said on Saturday that the possibility of another amendment to the constitution following the 18th Amendment could not be ruled out, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Talking to journalists in Islamabad, he said that Zardari was a mature politician, and he had complete belief in democracy. “When it comes to reconciliation, his name is on the top,” Sanaullah said.

When asked that the PML-N had decided to field former Punjab chief minister Syed Mohsin Naqvi as its candidate in the upcoming Senate elections, the former interior minister said he had no information about that. “However, I am not the candidate,” he clarified.

“Anyhow, it is up to the party leadership to decide. But I have made my position clear,” he added.
