Two die as fire destroys Hindu trader’s house in Nawabshah

Two people lost their lives after being trapped in a fire that swept the house of a Hindu businessman in Dor Tehsil of Nawabshah on Saturday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to officials after retrieving the bodies of 70-year-old Srichand and 30-year-old Prakash, the were shifted to the local hospital.

According to Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Habibur Rehman Lashari in the fire that took place five hours ago, 20 people were rescued and saved alive while two people were trapped have died.

Rescue operation has been completed and the fire has been completely brought under control, said DSP Habibur Rahman Lashari.
