Celebrated Pakistani stars Hania Aamir and Ayeza Khan who are constantly vying for the top spot in terms of Instagram followers, have once again been spotted facing off each other with equal numbers of 14million: however, it was again the beauty queen Hania competing Ayeza quite well with a drastic fluctuation in followers counts, boasting 13.9 to 14 million in just a few days.
