A severe traffic accident occurred near Karachi's Awami Centre on Shahrah-e-Faisal on Saturday when a bus carrying a marriage procession overturned, causing chaos on the road, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to eyewitnesses, the accident involved multiple vehicles, resulting in numerous injuries.

Rescue 1122 teams are present at the scene, providing emergency assistance.

Reports indicate that around 50 people were injured in the incident, with ten in critical condition.

The injured have been transported to Jinnah and Civil Hospital for treatment.

The bus was carrying approximately 50 passengers at the time of the accident.
