Owner of a private housing society was murdered in his sleep by unidentified men at his home in Gujranwala on Friday night, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.

Owner of Punjab Garden Housing Scheme, Sardar Zahoor Ahmad, was killed in his sleep after severe torture, said preliminary investigation conducted by the police.

The incident was reported from the limits of Aroop Police Station in Gujranwala City.

The killers took along DVR after committing the murder.

Senior police officers reached the crime scene to supervise the investigation.
