190 million pound reference case adjourned till May 31

The hearing of the 190 million pound reference case was adjourned till May 31, during the hearing, the cross-examination of the statements of two more NAB witnesses was completed, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The 190 million pound reference case hearing was held in Adiala Jail Rawalpindi by Accountability Court Judge Nasir Javed Rana. PTI founder Imran Kahn and his wife Bushra Bibi were present in the courtroom. A total of 30 witnesses' statements were recorded in the reference, while the cross-examination of 21 witnesses was completed. The court summoned more witnesses of NAB on May 31.

NAB Prosecutor General Sardar Muzaffar Abbasi appeared along with his team while Zaheer Abbas Ch, Intizar Panjoth and Shoaib Shaheen appeared on behalf of PTI.

During the hearing, PTI demanded the court conduct the hearing of the case as usual. After the hearing of the arguments of both parties, the court reserved its judgment and postponed the hearing of the case till May 31.
