Milk shops to remain open by 8pm in Punjab

The Punjab government Wednesday decided to open milk shops by 8pm.

It was decided in a high-level meeting attended by Punjab Chief Secretary Major (r) Azam Suleman, Law Minister Raja Basharat and IGP Shoaib Dastagir.

Punjab Chief Secretary Major (r) Azam Suleman said the decision was taken to facilitate people in the lockdown.

On Tuesday, the Punjab government announced closing all shops by 5pm in the province.
