Bushra Ansari reveals why she rejected Idea of marrying Javed Sheikh

Veteran actress Bushra Ansari recently disclosed that legendary actor Qazi Wajid once tried to set her up with Javed Sheikh. 

Appearing on a private TV programme alongside Javed Sheikh, Bushra shared the amusing anecdote, revealing why she immediately dismissed the suggestion.

“When Qazi Wajid proposed the idea, I told him, ‘This is never going to happen.’ I knew Javed was a bird who wouldn’t perch on one branch,” Bushra said with a laugh, alluding to Sheikh’s reputation.

Javed Sheikh responded lightheartedly, praising Bushra as "very pretty," underscoring the camaraderie between the two stars.

The pair, who have shared the screen since their PTV days, recently appeared as Shagufta and Iftikhar in the hit drama Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum. 

Their on-screen chemistry as well as their real-life friendship have won over audiences.
