Alkhidmat Foundation hosts Eid gift distribution ceremony for orphans, widows, elderly

Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan organized a spectacular Grand Iftar Dinner and Eid gift distribution for at least 2,000 orphans, 1,000 widows, and elderly persons, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The event, which was presided over by Prof. Dr. Hafeez ur Rahman, President of Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan, witnessed an outpouring of joy and camaraderie as children reveled in activities specially tailored for their delight.
From bouncing castles to face painting, a mesmerizing magic show, and henna stalls for girls, every aspect of the event was designed to create unforgettable memories.
Following the festivities, Eid gifts, clothing, and other tokens of love were distributed among the cherished attendees, including orphan children, their brave mothers, and the esteemed elders from the old-age homes.
The ceremony was graced by the esteemed presence of President Alkhidmat Prof. Dr. Hafeez ur Rahman, Vice President Alkhidmat Dr. Mushtaq Ahmad Mangat, President Alkhidmat Central Punjab Ikram ul Haq Subhani, and President Alkhidmat Lahore Engr.
Hamad Ahmed Rashid, along with a large number of representatives from youth organizations, philanthropists, civil society members, orphaned children, their brave mothers, and the elderly residents of Old Age Homes.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Hafeez ur Rahman underscored the Alkhidmat Foundation's steadfast commitment to supporting 30,000 orphans annually, along with providing relief to brave mothers and elderly persons through various initiatives.
He emphasized the significance of such events in mitigating the sense of deprivation among orphaned children and the elderly, enabling them to partake in the joyous spirit of Ramadan and Eid-ul-Fitr.
Highlighting the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Gaza, Dr. Hafeez ur Rehman reiterated Alkhidmat Foundation's relentless efforts in extending relief to the displaced and affected Gazan family’s population.
He concluded by sharing the amount of relief aid dispatched to Gaza which is worth more than 1,700 million PKR.
Dr. Mushtaq Ahmad Mangat echoed this sentiment, affirming the right of orphans and vulnerable elderly individuals to share in the festivities of Ramadan and Eid, emphasizing the collective responsibility to uplift and support these marginalized segments of society.
The event, spearheaded by dedicated volunteers of the Alkhidmat Foundation, symbolizes a beacon of hope and compassion, reaffirming the organization's unwavering commitment to serve humanity in times of need.
