The Punjab government Tuesday formed a fact-finding inquiry committee for investigation into the death of Sadaf Naeem—a female reporter who died after being run over by the container of Imran Khan’s long march a few days ago, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The Services and General Administration Department (S&GAD) issued a notification in this regard.
