Tareen raises objections on new delimitation of various constituencies

The Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) Chairman Jahangir Tareen has lodged objections in the Election Commission of Pakistan about the new delimitation of various constituencies as Pakistan gears up for the upcoming general elections, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to sources, he has officially submitted objections related to two national and two provincial constituencies
Specifically, these objections target the demarcation and handling of the National Assembly Constituencies NA 154 and NA 155, along with Provincial Assembly Constituencies PP 226 and PP 227.
In response to these objections, a hearing has been scheduled for November 2.
It is noteworthy that a total of 1,324 objections have been raised from various regions across the country, with a substantial portion—672 objections—emerging from the province of Punjab.
