Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari Saturday warned Prime Minister Imran Khan that action against him will be taken under Article 6 if violates the Constitution of Pakistan.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, PPP Chairman Bilawal addressed a press conference at Zardari House in Islamabad on Saturday and said Happy Ramadan to all.
In his greetings of Ramadan, Bilawal said in a light mood that people will take tomorrow Sehri in ‘New’ Pakistan but Aftari in ‘old’ Pakistan.
Bilawal further stated, “Satan closes in Ramadan and tomorrow we will close Satan in Bani Gala.”
The PPP Chairman said PM Imran wants violence outside or inside the parliament to undermine the parliament which is a highly serious issue. National institutes should take notice of it, he added.
He said they will not give permission to anyone to go against the democratic parliamentary system otherwise such kind of act could be practised in other institutes of the country.
He said parliament is a supreme body of the country, and they have a right to uphold the law for its supremacy. He said that though the Supreme Court has already ordered that the MNAs cannot be stopped to go parliament to cast their vote but Prime Minister Imran is calling his workers for Jihad.
He said Imran has called his goons to come to the streets and gather in Islamabad red zone area on voting day on the no-confidence motion. He said PM Imran is involved in a vicious conspiracy to divide the nation instead of conceding defeat.
Bilawal said PM Imran should accept his defeat and avoid any confrontation inside and outside the parliament. He said voting should be peaceful.
He said the time for making cases of PM against the opposition is over, and now they will make cases. He said he has heard that Rana Sanaullah will become the Home Minister.
He said that he will say Rana Sanaullah not to take any revenge action against PM Imran but if he violate the Constitution, he will be prosecuted under Article 6.
