Imran Khan removes Sher Afzal Marwat, Umair Niazi from focal persons team

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan has removed Barrister Sher Afzal Marwat and Barrister Umair Khan Niazi from focal person teams, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
Sources close to the matter revealed that the decision was made following recommendations from PTI's core committee.
The key task of the focal persons is to arrange the people’s meeting with Imran Khan in the jail.
The new focal persons have included Umar Ayub, Barrister Ali Zafar, Shibli Faraz, and Barrister Gohar Ali Khan.
The PTI leadership has also informed the jail administration about the new development.
The new focal persons will provide a list of people, intending to meet with the founder of PTI founder.
Marwat has been instructed to terminate his social media team as well.
Former Prime Minister and founder Chairman of PTI Imran Khan's directive to exclude Sher Afzal Marwat and Umair Niazi from official roles underscored a shift in leadership dynamics within PTI.
Khan's decision to disband Marwat's social media team also underscored the party's emphasis on maintaining a cohesive and disciplined online presence.
