PM seeks gas relief plan for citizens in winter

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif took serious notice of the gas load-shedding complaints and asked for a plan to give relief to citizens in winter.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, to overview the issue of gas load shedding in winter, PM Shahbaz Sharif has called the meeting in Lahore on Saturday.
The sources said that important decisions are expected in the meeting chaired by the PM as a special strategy for gas supply in winter will be consulted with the officials.
The sources said that a possible reduction in power generation due to gas shortage will also be considered in the meeting.
Finance Minister Ishaq Dar and concerned officials of the Ministry of Energy have been instructed to attend the meeting, the sources said.
