Four TikTokers shot dead in Karachi

Giving its version on the killings of four people, including a woman, near Uncle Surya Hospital in Karachi Garden on Monday night, police on Tuesday said that all those who were shot dead were friends and also TikTokers, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Police said Amir and Muskan, the woman, both had left the home of Saddam after making a TikTok video before being sprayed with bullets on the way.
Muskan was divorced and had a son, police said, and added five months ago Muskan’s friend Rehman alias Shah Ji had quarreled with Amir following which Rehman had even attempted to take Amir’s life.
Both Muskan and Rehman were the residents of Landhi, while Saddam, Amir and Rehan were the residents of Gulshan Ghazi and Baldia Nyaabad and Rashidabad, respectively, police disclosed.
Police said it had obtained CCTV footage of the incident.
Meanwhile, police in Boat Basin, Karachi registered a murder case against one unidentified person late Monday night.
A video of the woman along with one of the injured has surfaced and it is believed that they were attacked on their return after filming the video.
The attackers can be seen following the vehicle on a motorbike and rickshaw in the CCTV footage.
SSP City Sarfaraz Nawaz said the event occurred at around 4.45 in the morning and the initial investigation has revealed an old enmity behind the killings. Four shells of the 9mm pistols were found from the spot, he added.
According to the police, the attackers had planned the murder. “They followed the car until it stopped and then forced the victims out on gunpoint,” the investigating officer said. “The perpetrators then shot them one by one.”
The officer revealed that 9MM pistols were used in the attack. The police have also obtained a Tiktok video featuring Muskaan and Khan, which was filmed moments before the firing.
