Govt efforts bearing fruit: Commerce minister

Federal Commerce Minister Gohar Ejaz has said the government efforts are bearing fruit, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Wednesday.

Domestic exports increased by 13.6 per cent in October, he said, adding that the country's trade deficit went down by 4.5 per cent and from July to October, the trade deficit went down by 35 per cent.

The government initiatives will increase domestic exports, he said adding that  the mission is to run the industry at 100% productivity
