Promotion of six police officers to Grade 19 approved

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has approved promotion of six officers of Police National Service (PNS) to grade 19, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

According to details, Awais Nawaz, Abdul Razzaq, Mohammad Saleem, Farhat Hussain, Ghulam Yaseen and Mohammad Shahzad were cleared for promotion to BS-19.

While promotion of Uroojul Hasan, Shahid Farooq, Mohammad Naeem and Mohammad Sajjad Gondal deferred until further orders.

The Punjab chief secretary presided over a meeting in Lahore in which decision to defer or promote the above-mentioned officers were taken.
