A meeting between the stalwarts of the Pakistan People's Party and the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) held in Lahore,
The meeting between former National Assembly speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq and former opposition leader Khurshid Shah took place at PC Hotel.
Senior PPP leader Naveed Chaudhary was also present. The ongoing political situation and the upcoming general elections came under discussion during the meeting.
They agreed to keep the political temperature normal and promote tolerance. The two leaders exchanged the messages of their party leadership to each other, sources said.
