Pervaiz Elahi again shifted to Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology

PTI senior leader and former Punjab chief minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi was shifted from Adiala Jail to Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC) on Wednesday morning after his condition deteriorated, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Pervaiz Elahi was suffering from heart pain and chest infection. His initial medical check-up was done at the prison hospital.
According to jail sources, Pervaiz Elahi was transferred to RIC due to worsening medical condition. His medical checkup, including necessary medical tests, will be done at the RIC.
Later, the TV channel reported that Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi’s all tests including thallium report are clear.
His all tests were done at Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology.
He is likely to be shifted back to Adiala Jail again.
