Court issues non-bailable arrest warrants for KP CM Gandapur

An anti-terrorism court in Islamabad has issued non-bailable arrest warrants for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur for not appearing in the court, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The court had on Monday rejected Gandapur’s application seeking exemption from appearance.
ATC Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra on Tuesday issued the written order about Monday’s hearing, observing that Ali Amin Gandapur did not attend any hearing after April 2024.
A case of ransacking the ECP office after the PTI founder had been declared disqualified was lodged by the Commission against Ali Amin Gandapur.
