Hearing of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Syed Khurshid Ahmed Shah’s bail petition in the Supreme Court (SC) was again adjourned on Wednesday on account of the absence of judge and request by the National Accountability Bureau’s (NAB) counsel, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
As the hearing began, it was informed that Justice Sardar Tariq was not available. After which the hearing was deferred again.
It is worth mentioning here that the PPP leader has appealed the Sindh High Court’s decision in the apex court in assets beyond sources of income case.
However, the NAB has challenged the bail cancellation of members of Khurshid Shah’s family.
