Nafisa Shah attends marriage ceremony in Khairpur’s tent city

A marriage ceremony was held in a tent city erected for the flood victims that brought smiles and joy to the people amid the gloom of the floods that caused havoc in the areas, reported 24NewsHD TV channel Monday.

Central leader of PPP Dr Nafisa Shah participated in the wedding ceremony where a flood affected couple got married in the tent city of Khairpur.

Nafisa Shah congratulated the bride and groom and also gave them wedding gifts.

Nafisa Shah said the lives of Khairpur flood victims are full of hardships but the wedding ceremony in this tent city is nothing short of joy.

She prayed that this couple's life may always be full of happiness.

Sindhi songs were played during the Khairpur wedding, in which everyone expressed their happiness by clapping.
