Punjab CM-led moot reviews law and order in province

Punjab caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi chaired an important meeting to review law and order in the province, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
During the meeting, steps to protect the life and property of the people in the province were reviewed.
A decision was made to deal with those who spread mischief in the name of religion with an iron hand.
It was also decided to ensure all necessary steps to stop financing of these elements.
CM chief security officer promoted
Hamza Amanullah, the chief security officer of Punjab caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi, has been promoted to the post of senior superintendent of police (SSP), reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
The chief minister and the Punjab Inspector General of Police (IGP) Dr Usman Anwar pinned the badges of senior SSP to the shoulders of Hamza Amanullah.
Lahore Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) Bilal Siddique Kamyana was also present on the occasion.
The chief minister congratulated Hamza Amanullah on his promotion and wished him well.
