KP CM chairs meeting on PTI protest plan

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has chaired a meeting on preparations for the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s demo on October 14.
The chief minister issued directives to members and the workers of the party to ensure participation in the protest enthusiastically.
He shared the show of strength strategy with the meeting participants.
He insisted the protest must be well-organized
He said the participants will gather at Swabi from where they will head to Islamabad.
He asked the party members and the workers to make out to Islamabad at all costs.
The PTI leadership announced a nationwide protest schedule a couple of days ago after it staged a demon in Rawalpindi.
On September 28, KP CM Gandapur reached Burhan Interchange and delivered a speech. He said the gathered crowd demanded freedom for the PTI founder and former prime minister.
Reports said the authorities placed containers at the Faizabad interchange, Double Road and Saddar, while Islamabad police blocked the Islamabad motorway at Hakla.
The garrison city’s main Muree road, which is a commercial hub, was closed due to the presence of police and blockaded roads.
The Rawalpindi Police put security on high alert and Section 144 was in force in Rawalpindi.
