The stunning Pakistani actress Sonya Hussyn made a guest appearance on Nida Yasir's show, where she recounted a tense moment.
During the span of show, Nida was going through questions from fans about Sonya.
One of the questions asked, "You look amazing in sarees and wear them often. Have you ever faced any saree mishaps?"
In response to that query, the fashion icon recounted a humorous wardrobe mishap she experienced at a recent awards show. During the event, the strap of her blouse unexpectedly broke just as the hosts, Ali Rehman Khan and Yasir Hussain, approached her, drawing all the attention and cameras towards her.

“Another actress called me and said ‘Hi Sonya!’ And I turned to say hello.When I turned my head, the halter top snapped from behind my neck and fell.
I turned to Nauman Ijaz and his wife and said ‘Oh no my halter top has broken, what do I do? As this happened, the hosts Yasir and Ali approached me, requesting me to sing a song.
There were multiple cameras on me, so close to my face.In a quick-thinking moment, I improvised by draping my saree around me and I stood up.”
Regaining her composure, she opted to sing a national song and even asked Atif Aslam, who was in attendance, to join her, successfully turning the situation around and preventing any additional embarrassment.
It is pertinent to mention here that Sonya's striking presence at the awards show caught everyone's eye.
Dressed in a gorgeous pink sequined saree matched with a crystal halter blouse, she mesmerized spectators with her stunning outfit. Her appearance swiftly became a sensation online.

The actress received the prestigious “Pride of Performance” award, acknowledging her exceptional work in the industry and her advocacy for mental health.
