Owner bears brunt of beer’s fleeing into fields

A man was arrested as his performing beer fled into the fields of a southern Punjab village on Thursday, 24NewsHD TV channel reported.

Panic gripped the Rahim Yar Khan village where the beer escaped from jugular’s custody while traveling on a rickshaw.

Rescuers rushed to the spot and recaptured the animal after hectic efforts. Locals also backed the rescue officials.

Police arrested the owner for negligence, making the family and friends of the street charmer. They said such a step would affect their source of income badly.

The wildlife authorities remained a silent spectator during the demo.
