SC Judges Issue: Justice Esa writes letter to PBC for transparent appointments

Supreme Court (SC) Judge Justice Qazi Faez Esa wrote a letter to Pakistan Bar Council in the matter of judges’ appointment.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, the letter of Justice Qazi Faez Esa is consisting of two pages in which he stressed the rules in this regard.

The sources said Justice Esa said in his letter that there should be rules and regulations for the appointment of judges.

He further stated in the letter that the appointment of judges in the High Court should be transparent and on merit.
