The UK diplomate took to the Twitter on Saturday to praise the centre as it commemorated 100 days of demonstrating extraordinary courage in Covid-19 combat.
Shabash indeed to NCOC. 100 days has turned our world upside down: our hands are clean but we cannot shake hands; there is less pollution but we wear masks; we want to be together but stay apart.
