Principal College of Ophthalmology Professor Muhammad Moin, Professor Emeritus Dr Asad Aslam Khan, Professor Dr Ali Ayaz, Professor Dr Syed Raza Ali Shah, Professor Dr Nasir Chaudhry and other faculty and students associated with the Department of Ophthalmology participated on this occasion.
Prof Dr Muhammad Moin as an Ophthalmologist said Orthoptists look at the effects of the eyes. His expertise in visual disorders, designing disease-specific exercises plays an important role in improving the quality of life of patients.
Professor Emeritus Dr Asad Aslam Khan said orthopedics deals with the complications of eye movement disorders, vision, and visual development. Orthoptists who help enhance visual function and prevent long-term complications.
Orthoptists work side by side in managing conditions like amblyopia and strabismus, said Professor Dr Ali Ayaz Sadiq in Pediatric Ophthalmology. Whether it's patching therapy or teaching eye exercises, orthoptists make a lasting impact on children's vision.
