Following PML-N’s flopped power show in Shahdara, Lahore on Sunday, former prime minister Shebaz Sharif has decided to actively lead the future rallies of PML-N, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to sources, after the failure of Maryam Nawaz to attract a huge crowd for the rally, PML-N chief Mian Nawaz Sharif expressed dissatisfaction and anger over the “unimpressive” public gathering.
There is also speculation regarding the potential organization of a second gathering of the PML-N in Badami Bagh, Lahore. The event is slated to take place on October 8th at 6 p.m. on the road near Degree College for Girls.
This second meeting is scheduled to be held in the constituency of former MPA Ghazali Saleem Butt and will witness the presence of prominent PML-N figures, including Shehbaz Sharif, who is set to arrive from London and address the rally.
PML-N's Senior Vice President, Maryam Nawaz, along with Hamza Shehbaz, Parvez Rasheed, and Maryam Aurangzeb, will also actively participate.
Other notable attendees include Malik Saif Khokhar, Khawaja Imran Nazir, Ali Pervez Malik, and Shaista Pervez Malik.
The organizers have planned to install 5,000 to 6,000 seats for the gathering, anticipating a substantial turnout.
