Bilawal sees country lacks justice-providing institution

April 5, 2023 07:27 PM

Federal Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto has said he does not think there is any justice-providing institution in the country, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.

Addressing an event in Khairpur on Wednesday, he said judges could not give justice to Shaheed Benazir Bhutto and they did not feel ashamed.

“I could not give justice to my maternal grandfather and mother,” he lamented.  He said where was the suo moto when Faryal Talpur was dragged from the hospital and put in jail.

PPP chairman said that the apex court’s verdict over polls is even not acceptable to the majority judges of the supreme court.

“The same courts hanged the leader of the most popular leader in Pakistan’s history, Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto.”

He said that the judges who colluded with Musharraf and allowed 11 years of dictatorship, when Benazir was martyred, the judges did not have the honor to give her justice.

Bilawal said that a few people in the institution have come down stubbornly and are doing politics. “If you want to do politics, then get ready, we will compete with you in politics,” he said adding that we will answer these puppets.

Bilawal said that he is ready to protect the rights of the people. The minister said that Pakistan is going through a historic economic crisis.

Bilawal recalled that Imran was imposed, due to which there are all the problems today.

Speaking about the health city that was being initiated, the PPP leader said lauded his party’s efforts to improve healthcare in the country.

He proudly shared that people would no longer have to go to India for kidney operations. “There is free treatment for Lingus and cancer at this hospital. The Gambat Hospital is ready to compete with any hospital in the whole world — and that too for free.”

Bilawal further said: “We want Pakistan to have the technology to make its medicines. In a year, we will be making medicine here.”

He further expressed concern that the Sindh government’s reputation had been tarnished so much that people could not believe how much work was being done and heaped praises on the hard work of the doctors at the Gambat University.

“Gambit University is our response to those who try to smear our reputation,” he added.

He then instructed Sindh Chief Minister: “Keep doing your work, we will answer these puppets.”
