HEC warns students about admissions to undergraduate programs

Higher Education Commission (HEC) has issued a warning to the universities as well as to students about the enrolment in unapproved undergraduate clinical programs.

The 24News HD TV channel reported on Friday that the HEC has issued a notification in this regard.

As per the notification, the students should not take admitted to the clinical undergraduate program without the approval of the HEC.

The HEC said that the undergraduate programs in Dermatology, Dermal Science, Aesthetics, Cosmetology, Radiology, and Anaesthesia should be verified before admission.

The HEC has also issued instructions to the universities that they must not start these degree programs and diplomas without approval as unauthorized admissions should be stopped immediately.
