Punjab Additional Chief Secretary Home Momin Agha has suspended 1122 Deputy Director Human Resources Dr Fawad Shehzad Mirza over illegal transfers and postings scam, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

The Additional Chief Secretary has appointed Deputy Secretary Home (General) Muhammad Azam as Investigating Officer (IO), the TV channel reported.

The Deputy Secretary Rescue 1122 will now submit a detailed report on illegal transfers to the Additional Chief Secretary in two weeks.

Dr Fawad Shehzad Mirza of Rescue 1122 made these illegal transfers and postings on the behest of Director General Rescue Rizwan Naseer, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
