Tirah schools shut till March 10 due to snow

The Khyber deputy commissioner has announced that 25 government schools in the Tirah Valley have been closed till March 10 due to heavy snowfall.

According to the deputy commissioner, the decision has been made to protect the children and teachers from severe cold following heavy snowfall.

Schools have been reopened after the winter vacation, but due to the recent snowfall, it was decided to close these institutions again till March 10, the DC added.
