KP Health Minister Dr Nadeem Jan Monday has laid stress on joining hands for the eradication of polio in Pakistan.

Addressing a special gathering in connection with the anti-polio combat, the cricket star has made an appeal to parents to actively participate in the battle against the crippling virus.

"The children are the future of the nation and their safety is our responsibility," he emphasised.
