Overseas Pakistanis part of country’s politics courtesy right to vote: Ch Pervaiz

Punjab Assembly (PA) Speaker and Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) leader Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi said on Sunday that the right of vote granted to overseas Pakistanis had enhanced their prestige since they were now very much relevant to the country’s politics, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Talking to PML-Q Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) President Imtiaz Ahmed who called on him at the provincial assembly’s chamber, Pervaiz said that Chaudhry Azhar Warraich was doing well as PML-Q President in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

He urged Imtiaz to keep working for making the party popular in the kingdom.      

PML-Q Riyadh president, on the occasion, invited the PA speaker to attend the party’s convention in the Saudi capital to which he assented.
