Karachi to host Dawoodi Bohra community's international gathering from July 7-16

The Dawoodi Bohra community is set to gather in Karachi for a significant event scheduled from July 7 to July 16, 2024.

According to the 24NewsHD TV channel, over 39,000 community members from around the world are expected to attend including approximately 16,000 members from India.

The Government of Pakistan has taken extensive measures in collaboration with its embassies worldwide to facilitate the participation and smooth conduct of the gathering.

Pakistani embassies have established WhatsApp groups to ensure effective communication and support.

Enhanced visa facilitation measures have led to nearly 16,000 visa applications from India alone. Special visa processing protocols have prioritized and expedited the applications of Dawoodi Bohra community members globally.

Security measures have been put in place to ensure a favorable environment for all participants.

Pakistan's efforts in hosting such events positively contribute to its international reputation as a responsible host country.
