PTI gets another setback as Shazia Khakhi, Ghazanfar Cheena quit party

Two more electable personalities of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) left the party and condemned the May 9 incidents on Monday.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, Shazia Abbas Khakhi, PTI’s female candidate from PP-222 Jalalpur Peerwala announced to quit the party in her video message from Saudi Arabia.
She appreciated the sacrifices of the Pak army and its martyrs and said she left the party by the reason of the anti-state acts from the party.
Khakhi informed that she has good relations with the Yousuf Raza Gilani family of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) but she will decide on her future political affiliation after her return to Pakistan.
PTI’s other leader and former Member Provincial Assembly of Punjab (MPA) from Bhakkar Malik Ghazanfar Abbas Cheena also announced quitting the party and condemned vandalism on May 9.
Cheena also released his video statement on Monday and said that the respect of the Pak army was his priority. He also said that he will decide his politics in future after a consultation with his friends.
