Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan and estranged PTI leader Aleem Khan traded barbs on Friday harling accusations against each other with Aleem throwing a challenge of TV debate to the PTI chief, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Breaking his silence, Aleem Khan asked the PTI chairman to answer some important questions. “Let Imran Khan, Jahangir Khan, me come on television for a debate. Whatever you know say it, we will also unveil the fact,” he added.

Aleem Khan also demanded investigation against Farah Khan Gogi over relations with a top developer. “I want you to utter my name with respect so I can reciprocate in the same spirit,” Aleem Khan told Imran Khan.

He also made some startling revelations about the Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA).

Aleem Khan said Imran Khan in his recent interview claimed that the reason for differences with him (Aleem) was that he wanted to get 300 acres of land legalized.

Aleem said he had been standing with Imran Khan since 2010. “This housing society was owned by me in 2010 and I still own this society,” he added.

In his interview, Imran Khan had accused his former aides Aleem Khan and Jahangir Khan Tareen of seeking illegal benefits from him, saying differences were developed when he refused them. He said “Aleem Khan expected me to legalise his 300-acre land near Ravi”, adding from there "I developed differences with him."

Talking about Jahangir Tareen, Imran Khan said that his problem was the sugar crisis on which a commission was also formed. “Tareen stood with those who are the biggest dacoits in the country. When I ordered a probe into the matter, differences developed with Tareen.”

In his response, Aleem Khan said did he know in 2010 that Imran Khan would become a prime minister in 2018. “I own not only 300 acres of land rather I have 3,000 acres of land,” he added.

Aleem Khan said he did not acquire this land rather he had bought it from the landlords. “This land is now with RUDA, an authority which Imran Khan set up,” he added.

Aleem Khan asked how these lands which RUDA acquired on government rates and then they ended up with private developer. “There should be an investigation which developers these lands were given to,” he added.

Aleem Khan revealed these developers were also included in those who hosted Madam Farah in Dubai. “Lands were bought on government rates but given to private developers of one’s liking. Were relatives of LDA vice chairman were also including in these developers?” he questioned.

He further said that plazas were built on the lands acquired on government rates. “If under RUDA rules your golf course can be developed then why not Aleem Khan’s housing society,” he fired another salvo at Imran Khan.

He further said if RUDA project is brown then how come his land there would become green. “Did I stand with PTI in every testing time just because I wanted to get altered the status of this 300-acre land,” he commented.

“I will not sit mum If you level wrong allegations against me. I you insist then me, you and Jahangir Tareen can sit on any TV channel and then everyone speaks truth,” he threw a challenge to Imran Khan. “The people should know what are the real faces of Imran Khan and Aleem Khan,” he maintained.

“Imran Khan, listen to me, I have over 10,000 acres of land now. But you labelled a cheap price of my hardwork and efforts for the party,” he said.

Aleem Khan further said “I met American and European ambassador at Imran Khan’s residence. If one meets British envoy before coming into government then why not after coming into the government. You would be patriot if you meet them and if any other meets them he would be a traitor. Look at your ministers, who meets ambassadors.”

Aleem Khan said the developers who were standing with Imran Khan know were refusing to give a piece of land for landing of Imran’s helicopter.

“Do politics but do not mislead people with lies. But I will speak the truth,” declared Aleem Khan.
