An apparent diehard supporter of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) from the Azad Kashmir city of Rawalakot has showered his entire property on Maryam Nawaz Sharif and posted the legal document on social media.
The surprising gesture came to fore after the PML-N Senior Vice-President and Chief Organiser uploaded a post sharing the tweet about the bequest, on her official Twitter account, saying that she was deeply touched by the action. However, she also wondered why would a person do such a thing.
"Oh My God! Why would he do that! It is very touching though," Maryam Nawaz wrote on Twitter.
The original tweet contained a picture of the deed titled "bequest to Maryam Nawaz".

The affidavit states: “I Zahid Hussain s/o Wilayat Hussain, in my complete senses, without any compulsion or pressure and with my own will, am handing down all the lands I own, be it 50,000 kanals or 32,000 kanals, to Maryam Nawaz d/o Nawaz Sharif.”
Zahid Hussain further said that it was now up to Maryam Nawaz as to whether she builds a hospital on the bequeathed land or uses it for any other welfare project.

Furthermore, the affidavit states that the PML-N leader was now the owner of 50% of his property, excluding approximately 50 kanals which is the inheritance of Zahid Hussain’s children and other heirs, in the life of Mazhar (possibly an heir of Hussain) and will be the owner of 100% of the property, excluding the same as above, after the death of Mazhar.
The document included other details and location of the bequeathed property, which was located in the Rawalakot city of Azad Kashmir.
"The deed has been written so that there is a proof which can be used when needed," it concludes with the signatures of the property owner.
