Ambassador of Belgium Charles Idesbald met with Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.
During the meeting, promotion of mutual cooperation and strengthening of relations between the two countries were discussed.

The Belgian ambassador appreciated the economic vision of the Punjab government.
Talking on the occasion Maryam Nawaz Sharif said Pakistan-Belgium values bilateral relations and relations with Belgium will reach new heights.
Maryam Nawaz Sharif further said we wanted to further promote cooperation with Belgium in the fields of education, IT and agriculture.
The Chief Minister said youth are being trained in world class skills in IT.
She said special attention is being given to the mechanization of the agricultural sector in Punjab.
Belgium ambassador said on te occasion that Punjab government's measures to control the effects of climate change and improve the environment are impressive.
He said environment-friendly innovative initiatives in Punjab will have far-reaching results.
Belgium is interested in increasing investment and cooperation in various sectors in Pakistan, said Belgian Ambassador.
He said they can benefit from each other's experiences in education, agriculture and other fields.
