Kia Lucky Motor Corporation (KLMC) has announced a reduction in prices of some of its car models in Pakistan from ^hOctober 6 after Pakistani rupee (PKR) has made some strides against the US dollar during the last few weeks, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The company continued to struggle due to the current economic situation as automakers are highly dependent on imports. However, Kia Lucky Motor Corporation (KLMC) has stepped forward as the first automaker to announce a reduction in prices of up to half a million after recovery of the local currency against the greenback.

“At LMC, we believe in being open and transparent with out valued customers. Being a customer centric organization, we would like to inform you of a favorable development that directly benefits you.” the company said in a press release.

“Owing to the recent appreciation of PKR against the USD, we have decided to pass the benefit to our valued customers by reducing the price of our vehicles.” Kia Pakistan added.

Terms and Conditions

As per the company’s terms and conditions:

• All customer orders which will be invoiced from 6th October 2023 will be invoiced on the revised ex-factory prices.
• All orders booked in LMC system effective 6th October 2023 will be delivered at the new ex-factory price.
• The new prices will be valid on full payment only.
• The customer is responsible for paying any new or additional taxes and duties imposed by the Government.
