20 admission quota in nursing colleges for backward areas

Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar has allocated a 20 percent admission quota in the nursing colleges for the candidates from the backward area of the province, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Punjab Cabinet Standing Committee for Law affairs Parliamentary Affairs has approved the allocation of the 20 percent quota.

Usman Buzdar said that the allocation of quota will create new employment from backward areas while far flung areas will also have the health facilities.

Buzdar said that the Punjab government has been putting its efforts to provide health facilities to the masses.

Punjab chief minister said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) was the protector of the rights of the people of the province.
