Another sedition case lodged against Imran Khan in Islamabad

Another case of sedition against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan was registered Friday at Ramna police station, Islamabad, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The case was registered on the complaint of a magistrate, according to police.
“Imran Khan’s interview was aired on a private television channel in which inappropriate words were used about the officer of a sensitive institution,” the text of the first information report (FIR) reads.
“An attempt was made to defame various officers of sensitive institutions by taking their names. Accused Imran Khan also uses social media for his nefarious designs,” it adds.
“This act of accused Imran Khan is a threat to the integrity of the country and the state. The accused spread chaos among various groups, sections and the army with his speeches,” it states.
