Police, lawyers clash at anti-terrorism court in Lahore

Police and lawyers clashed at an anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Lahore on Saturday when Abdul Matin Advocate was being produced by a police team for seeking his physical remand, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Police inspector Naveed Awan produced the accused advocate Matin in the court. Abdul Matin advocate was arrested by police for sharing abusive and violent video messages against the institutions on social media.
As the accused advocate was presented before the ATC, the lawyers started to target SHO Sohail. However, the police controlled the situation by launching baton-charge against the violent lawyers.
Resultantly lawyers escaped from the court premises.
